Connections for the Weekdays of Lent 2024
This spring, the editors of Connections have prepared a new series of 40 concise, to-the-point homilies — each one approximately one to two minutes in length — for every weekday of the 2024 Lenten season.
The stories and meditations selected reflect the themes of the Gospel readings in the Lenten lectionary, beginning with Ash Wednesday, February 14. Also included are reflections for the Easter Triduum: Holy Thursday (March 28), Good Friday (March 29) and the Easter Vigil (March 30).
If you preach — or have always intended to preach — at weekday liturgies during Lent, this special edition of Connections will prove to be a valuable resource.
The Lenten issue is available in TWO formats:

Connections Special Issues Series
Need an idea for the First Eucharist homily? Looking for a new approach for this season's wedding liturgies? Has your parish heard all of your Funeral homilies too many times now?
Then take a look at the Connections Special Issues Series — single issues focusing on a single topic, issue or theme. Each collection of stories and reflections has been written and edited as a resource for homilists called to preach in special pastoral settings and liturgical celebrations. The images and meditations can be easily adapted to the pastoral situation and the needs of the local community.
